Here are a few quick TAG tips designed to save time and improve collaboration when building and reviewing assessments.
New! Alternate Correct Responses (Up to 20 per Question)
TAG now allows up to 20 alternate correct responses for applicable question types, making it easier to account for variations in student answers.

When alternate correct responses are added, a clickable green check appears when viewing the correct answer. Selecting the check displays all alternate correct responses, sorted alphabetically.
This feature is available for:
Equation
Short Text
Inline Text (up to 20 alternate responses per input)

Alternate correct responses can be viewed:
In Item Search and Preview
When previewing items added to a test
On the Print Key, where an alternate correct table is included after the original correct answer table

In TEKScore, student responses marked correct due to an alternate response are identified with an asterisk (*) and include a note indicating the response was accepted as an alternate correct.
New! Add Editors to a Test
Users can collaborate on assessments in TAG by adding editors to a test. When you share a test, you have the option to make another user an editor. Both users then work on the same version of the test. No more copying, sharing, and merging changes back and forth.

In a Tag Test:
Click Share and Add by name
Can be sorted by User, Group, District, Campus or Teacher
Check box under Editor
Â
New! See Where Items Were Previously Used
While in test edit mode, hover over the number in the Tests column for an item. You’ll see the names of the tests where that item has appeared. This is helpful for tracking item usage and seeing how often an item has been tested.

In Item List:
Hover over number under Tests
Â
Submit User Feedback

Anywhere in TAG that you see the blue chat bubble, you can submit feedback related to an item or test. This feedback goes directly to the TAG team and helps us review and address issues such as:
Incorrect answers
Standard misalignment
Formatting or typos
Images
Text-to-speech or language support
Content-related concerns
Â
Merge Tests
Users can merge multiple tests into a single test directly from the main TAG screen. Once the merged test is saved, you can open it and make any needed edits. This is a great time-saver when combining assessments or reusing existing tests without starting from scratch.

In Tag Tests:
Click Merge (pop-up appears in bottom corner)
Click on Test Name
Click Merge in pop-up
Name Test
