DMAC Solutions provides a comprehensive set of tools for managing district data. FormWorks® allows users to create custom online forms that can be stand-alone or and linked to other DMAC applications like T-TESS and Learning Plans. The lead4ward Data Tools feature enables the creation of digital tools recommended in statewide lead4ward trainings, improving data use and instruction. The Utilities tool offers free system management for data uploads, user accounts, and student enrollment. Additionally, the Student Portfolio ensures seamless, district-wide transfer of student data, allowing access to all PK-12 documentation, class schedules, and notes for each student.

Custom Online Forms. Create forms and collect data. Forms can be stand-alone (e.g., district surveys, travel requests) or linked to other DMAC applications including T-TESS, Learning Plans, Student Portfolio and others.
Data Export
Export state, local and national data in DMAC as a .csv format. Ability to aggregate TEKScore, State Assessments and other data and customize the fields included (i.e., average score; sub-pops; include students without assessment, etc.).
