Presentation Details: ROOKIE TO READY: A Principal’s DMAC Journey featuring New Diana ISD
A Principal’s DMAC Journey follows a campus leader’s real learning curve with DMAC, from novice to confident admin user, across several months of hands-on practice in the Admin Role. Campus leaders are expected to make fast, informed decisions, and DMAC can be a powerful tool when it becomes part of an efficient leadership workflow. In this session, participants will hear about the strategies that created early traction, the approaches that did not translate into real-world usefulness, and which routines became essential for saving time and improving decision-making. Alongside that journey, participants will receive a clear “start here” roadmap for DMAC admin users and a short list of high-impact tools to prioritize first. This session is designed for campus administrators who want practical, tested guidance and not feature overload.
