July 27 - DMAC Deep Dive: From Test Creation to Data-Driven Instruction SESSION ID# 534790
Join us for an engaging, hands-on workshop designed to empower teachers with the tools and confidence to effectively utilize DMAC for assessment and instructional planning. Participants will learn how to create high-quality assessments from scratch, as well as how to access and customize pre-built tests including Bluebonnet, TEKS Resource System (TEKS RS), and released STAAR assessments.
Beyond test creation, this session will guide teachers through analyzing assessment results within DMAC. Learn how to interpret data reports, identify student strengths and gaps, and make informed instructional decisions. Teachers will walk away with practical strategies for targeted reteaching, differentiation, and improving student outcomes.
July 28 - DMAC for Leaders: Turning Data into Action SESSION ID# 534797
Designed for administrators, counselors, testing coordinators, interventionists, team leaders, and other district and campus staff, this workshop explores the powerful tools within DMAC that support data-driven leadership and decision-making. Participants will learn how to effectively navigate and utilize key DMAC features to analyze, trend, and compare student performance data from STAAR and TELPAS.
The session will highlight essential reports that inform instructional planning, intervention strategies, and STAAR accountability measures. Attendees will also learn how to aggregate and export state and local data, including integration with lead4ward resources, to gain a comprehensive view of student performance.
