April 23 - Calibrating Walkthrough Data: Identifying Trends & Ensuring Consistency - SESSION #35516
Effective calibration of walkthrough data is essential for ensuring fair and accurate teacher evaluations. In this session, participants will learn how to pull mid-year walkthrough data from DMAC and analyze it for potential skew and discrepancies. Using disaggregated dimension ratings by district, campus, appraiser, subject, and grade, attendees will identify trends and areas needing alignment. The session will also provide strategies for developing calibration plans to ensure consistency across evaluators, ultimately supporting a more equitable and data-driven approach to teacher growth.
Please note that this meeting will cover information across a wide range of software in a short amount of time. If your school would like more in-depth training, please contact us; we can provide additional options.
