Managing Students

Use the Students section to search, enroll, and edit student records by campus, grade, State, or Local ID, view schedules, open a Student Portfolio, and check enrollment Statistics from the Class Roster file.

Helpful Tips

  • Student records generate automatically when your school submits a Class Roster file (e.g., Skyward or Ascender); use the Students section to search or manually add students.
  • Hover over Students for Search, Enroll, Groups, and Statistics; to search, enter at least a Campus, Grade, State ID, or Local ID.
  • Each student row shows the State/TSDS ID, Local ID, name, grade, and DOB, with icons to View the schedule, Edit the profile/schedule, open Student Portfolio, or delete (red X).
  • Select Statistics for a summary of all students uploaded via the Class Roster file.
