TIA Settings

Configure Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) settings in T-TESS to support your district's designation system.

Helpful Tips

  • The TIA Options tab lets you choose what calculates into your Domains 2 and 3 average for the Teacher Incentive Allotment.
  • Options include using the Final Observation ratings (default) and a 50/50 average of your selections.
  • In T-TESS, the appraiser can set the weight for the Domains 2 & 3 average and the weight for Student Growth in the overall calculation.
