Observation

Complete a formal T-TESS observation, scoring the dimensions and recording evidence for the teacher.

Helpful Tips

From a teacher's page, use New > Observation to start documentation; it works the same as Informal Walkthroughs.
Click a dimension title on the left of the Ratings page to see the full rubric with a sliding scale to help determine the appropriate rating.
Observations include a Post Conference section; use Import to pull in previous data or Add New to include up to two Reinforcement areas, Self-Analysis Questions, or Evidence.
Click Save Ratings, then Exit Observation; click Yes to Publish so the teacher can view and sign it.
