Helpful Tips
- From a teacher's page, use New > Final/Summative to start the end-of-year summative; it works the same as Walkthroughs and Observations.
- The Final/Summative includes an extra column (*) that pulls in prior observation data.
- If the district gives a single overall summative rating, student growth must count at least 20% (the four rubric domains make up the other 80%).
- If ratings are kept disaggregated across the 16 dimensions, student growth acts as an unweighted 17th dimension.
