Appraisals for TIA

Manage and review the appraisal data that feeds Teacher Incentive Allotment designations.

Helpful Tips

  • Use the T-TESS application to calibrate your school's TIA processes so appraisals are conducted as fairly and consistently as possible.
  • The TIA calculation on the Final/Summative averages Domains 2 & 3 with the overall student growth percentage entered at the bottom of the appraisal.
  • Student growth ratings should come from one of: SLOs, Portfolios, District Pre-/Post-tests, or VAM based on State Assessments.
  • Reports in the Appraisals application help document TIA.
