Self Assessment

Complete the principal Self-Assessment in T-PESS, rating performance on each standard as the first step of the cycle.

Helpful Tips

From the T-PESS landing page, click the green plus icon to begin the Self-Assessment, select a date, and click Start Assessment.
Use the drop-down to view each Domain, or select the Indicator numbers to advance manually; starting at Domain 1/Indicator 1 advances automatically.
Check the appropriate rating (Developing, Proficient, Accomplished, or Distinguished) and enter comments; comments are required if you select Not Demonstrated/Needs Improvement.
Click Save and Continue to advance — a green check appears next to each saved Indicator; click Save and Exit when finished.
