Helpful Tips

  • Online Tests: from Responses and Manage Sessions, click the Rubrics button (this does not appear for tests without rubric questions).
  • Use the Settings icon to select the Auto Advance direction or to enable the preview window.
  • Inside the preview screen, enter scores or view how many times a student hits the return button (helpful for longer essays).
  • Click a box to enter a Rubric Score; each column lists the max score available per question.
  • Select a student's name to view their test document; click Return to go back to the Online Sessions page.
  • Use the Print icon to print students' answers (print all ECR/SCR responses, by item number, sorted, condensed, or with names hidden).
  • Clicking Save immediately rescores students' tests.
  • Other Tests: click Responses > Rubric from the top navigation bar, identify the teacher, select the test, and use the drop-down to enter responses for all classes or specific periods.
