History & Editors Tab

Use the History tab to view a test key's edit history and manage the editors who share access to the key.

Helpful Tips

History: displays how and when a test key is modified. This information is generated automatically and no changes can be made on this screen.
Editors: use the Editors tab to grant other DMAC logins editing rights to a test key and online sessions.
Select a Role or Campus, place a checkmark next to names, then click the left-facing green arrow to move them to the editors column.
Remove editors by checking their name and clicking the right-facing green arrow.
Click the Options button to create and save a new Editor Group (accessible from the Header tab drop-down when making new keys); use Options to apply or delete a group.
IMPORTANT: Anyone who needs to turn a key on/off for online testing (or modify testing supports) needs Editor access to the test key. Non-editors can still print answer documents.
