Upload Media
Upload media files, such as MP3s, to assessment items in TAG so students can listen to them during online testing.
Helpful Tips
- Use the Upload Media icon on the formatting toolbar to add audio to an assessment item.
- MP3 files can be added to a question stem or answer choice and will appear as a playbar during online testing.
Adding Audio
- Place your cursor where you want the audio playbar to appear.
- Select Upload Media.
- Choose the appropriate Content Area.
- Locate the MP3 file, then select Insert.
- Save the item and test the audio from the Item View.
During Online Testing
- Students can use the playbar to listen to the audio included with the question or answer choice.
- The three-dot menu allows students to adjust the playback speed.
Use the Upload Media icon on the formatting bar to add audio when modifying an item in TAG.
MP3 files can be added to a question or answer choice to provide students with a playbar containing questions or sounds that they need to listen to in order to complete an online test.

Pick the content area from the drop-down, locate your file, and click Insert.
Once saved, test how the Audio sounds from the Item View.
Students can use the three dots to change the playback speed when testing.
