From the top navigation bar in TAG select Items and then Search.
This brings up the Item Library page.
Use the filters on the left to narrow the list of items by language, content area, course, TEKS Year, Source, or Student Expectation number.
Click search.
The total number of items returned in your search will appear next to the Source.
The Sources you have available depend on your individual login in DMAC and what your school has purchased.
The same functionality applies to this page as when you are adding items to a test.
Switch between grid view or list view if you want to see more information about each item.
Navigate to other pages by using the buttons on the top.
There are several ways to filter the list of items, such as clicking on column headers to sort the information or by clicking on individual SE numbers.
Notice this adds the SE number to the left, where you can view by exact match or partial.
You can also click on passage titles to start an Advanced Search or on the keyword boxes.
To view only the SEs that you are searching for based on a specific blueprint, click the SE icon on the top right.
Check the desired SEs and click search.
Make sure that exact is selected as an option on the left, and those SEs are added to the filter.
Click the button again to reset or remove them from the left and click search.
Pay attention to your total next to source to see if active filters are in place.
The Advanced Search button is also very powerful.
Refer to our other videos for even more ways to filter your list.
If you know the item number, you can find an individual item using the icon on the top right, or click the New icon to create a new User item.
Hover over individual icons or boxes for more information on what they do.
The edit and delete icons will only be visible on User items.
To make modifications to any other item type, you must first make a Copy.
