Item Inventory
Use Item Inventory in TAG Settings to review the items and content available in your account by content area, course, and source.
Helpful Tips
- From the Settings menu in TAG, access to available options depends on your user role.
- District Administrators can view all settings, while other users may only see Item Inventory and Text to Speech.
Item Inventory
- Item Inventory shows the number of assessment items available in TAG.

Content is grouped by source, including:
- DMAC-authored items
- TEA released items
- OER materials
- Bluebonnet Learning
- TEKS Resource System
- Select a Content Area to view item totals by course.
- Select a Course to see items broken down by Student Expectation (SE).
- Item totals are also separated by the year the standards were aligned.
- Select column headers to sort the information on each page.
In the TAG top navigation bar, find the Settings dropdown.
District Administrators can access all of the settings seen here. Other user
roles will be limited to the Item Inventory and Text-to-Speech screens.
The item inventory lets you see the number of assessment items in TAG.
These fall into the categories of DMAC authored content, TEA released items, OER
materials, Bluebonnet, and TEKS resource system items.
Select a content area on the left to see a listing of items by course.
Click on a course to see items broken down by Student Expectation or SE. Notice
here on the top that the numbers are broken up by the year the standards were
aligned.
Use the column headers for sorting on each of the pages.
