Hide Content
District Administrators can use Settings to hide content and restrict access for Teacher logins.
Helpful Tips
- Hide Content is available only to District Administrators and allows selected TAG content to be hidden from teacher-level accounts.
- Other user roles are limited to the Item Inventory and Text to Speech settings.
Hiding Content
- Select Settings > Hide Content.
- Check or uncheck the content areas you want to restrict for teacher accounts.
- Select Save to apply the settings district-wide.
- Changes take effect immediately after saving.
- For example, hiding TEA content prevents teacher-level users from accessing released STAAR tests.
In the TAG top navigation bar, find the Settings dropdown.
District Administrators can access all of the settings seen here. Other user
roles will be limited to the Item Inventory and Text-to-Speech screens.
The Hide Content section is only available to District Administrators to
restrict selected content in TAG for teacher accounts only.
Check or uncheck areas and click Save to update your district-wide settings.
Any changes are immediately applied after you click Save. If you have checked
TEA, for example, no teacher-level logins at your school will be able to access
the released STAAR tests.
