Student Search

Find students on the Student Search page by searching and sorting the roster, where the check icon shows whether a student has Testing Supports or plans such as Learning Plans, PGP-I, or PGP-HS.

Helpful Tips

  • Select the Portfolio tab to search within Student Portfolio (choosing Plans, PGP-I, or PGP-HS opens those applications' search screens).
  • Use the left-hand filters (Campus, Grade, Plan Year, Local ID) or search by first/last name (including partial names), then click Search; click Reset to clear.
  • Click Show Groups to view or manage custom groups.
  • Results show up to 250 students per page; the check icon shows whether a student has Testing Supports or plans (Learning Plans, PGP-I, PGP-HS). Use Sort By to change the order.
