Helpful Tips

  • Student Portfolio Settings is limited to administrator logins; open it from Settings on the top navigation bar.
  • Configure the display preferences that control how each student's data, tabs, and documentation appear throughout the portfolio.
  • The tabs governed here are the ones shown in an individual student portfolio: Charts, Student Info, Data, Plans, Supports, Notes, Files, Forms, and Audit.
  • Review Settings before staff begin using Student Portfolio so assessment data, plans, and documentation display consistently across the district.
