Trend reports track STAAR and TELPAS performance over multiple years at the District and Campus levels.
STAAR trend reports include three years of data; to view both the current and previous year together, export the report as a .CSV file.
There are many different Trend reports available in State Assessment.
To run the Student Performance Trend report: open State Assessment > STAAR > Instructional Reports, move to the Student tab, and select your Campus, Subject, Curriculum, and Test.
Select All Students, check the Student Performance Trend report, and click Generate.
Use the exported columns (e.g., apprYr3 and apprYr2) to identify students who did not meet Approaches for consecutive years.
The Student Performance Trend report can also be used to format and import a custom student group into DMAC.
