Instructional Reports
Run Instructional reports such as STAAR Item Analysis, Item Performance, and Extended Constructed Response to analyze mastery by item and standard at the district, campus, teacher, class, or student level.
Helpful Tips
- Teacher/Class tabs: District or Campus logins may select one or multiple teachers to run reports. When logged in as a Teacher, only their current students' test data is accessible.
- With the Class tab, select class(es) for viewing reports; classes come from the most recent Class Roster data file uploaded to DMAC.
- To combine all selected classes on the same report, check 'Combine classes on reports.'
- Student tab: choose Student(s) by checking All students or individual names. Students displayed took the selected test (based on the most recent Class Roster).
- Check 'Print individual reports' to generate separate reports per student (e.g., an individual Item Analysis for each student rather than one combined report).
- Click 'Show students for all test versions' to show all students who took the test.
