Run Demographic reports by selecting groups or individual demographics on the left of the report screen to break down STAAR and TELPAS performance and accountability by subpopulation.

Helpful Tips
- Demographic reports break down STAAR and TELPAS performance and accountability by subpopulation (racial/ethnic groups, socioeconomic status, and other factors).
- Before generating any report with "Demographic" in the name (e.g., Item Analysis – Demographic), select groups or individual demographics on the left of the report screen.
- If you do not check demographic options or choose a set from the Group or Race drop-down, only the default of All Students appears.
- Generate Accountability reports from the Demographic Reports section: select the District or Campus tab (District level does not show detailed campus data).
- From Indicators, select the State radio button; if using the Campus tab, check the desired campuses from the drop-down.
- Check one or more reports in the middle of the screen and click Generate.
- Available reports include School Progress: Part A Academic Growth (annual growth in RLA and Math) and Part B Relative Performance (achievement relative to campuses with similar economically disadvantaged percentages).
- Export to CSV to download the list of students reflected in a report.
- Note: State Indicator/Accountability reports are BETA and reflect STAAR components only, based on the current data files uploaded into DMAC.
