Individual Plans

Open an individual student's PGP-Intervention plan to document intervention and monitoring and record student and parent goals.

Helpful Tips

PGP-I plans show the student's information at the top in green, with the plan year under the PGP-Intervention label at the top left.
Use the left-hand menu links to view or add documentation: Portfolio (open the Student Portfolio), Students (pick another student from your recent search), and Student Info (demographics and schedule).
Data lists historical state data (STAAR/TELPAS), local assessments (TEKScore), TPRI/Tejas LEE, and other national sources; Plans lists all plans assigned to the student.
Click Print to print or save a PDF of the PGP for the selected student.
