Helpful Tips
- District logins establish PGP-HS Settings each school year before use (Settings from the top navigation bar); click the Print icon to view or print existing settings by campus.
- Add Advisors and assign them to students to grant edit access — identify Campus and Role, check names, and Save.
- TEA courses (CO22 course table) are pre-loaded, so there is no need to set up custom courses unless renaming them for scheduling.
- Create Programs of Study by selecting an Endorsement, naming the program, and choosing courses from the Content table; you can still adjust courses within a student's plan.
