Add and manage courses in a student's plan to build a four-year sequence aligned to their endorsement; green-highlighted areas correspond to the grade-level choices for courses.
When modifying a plan, a Changes box appears — enter a comment to justify changes (mandated by HB5); the text shows in the Audit section's description.
If a course is marked F/failed, an icon lets you move it to another grade level for completion; completed courses appear grayed out if credit was given.
Manually enter class credits on the Credits tab as they're earned, or use Batch Operations from the Search screen for multiple students.
