Upload supporting files, print LPAC documentation, and open the student's Portfolio to access historical plans and add notes, files, and forms.

Helpful Tips

Print individual forms, or print the Cumulative Folder Documentation Checklist or Student History (forms must be tied to a meeting to have a signatures page).
Batch print by checking multiple student names on the Search page.
Click the Portfolio icon from a Cumulative Folder to open the student's Student Portfolio — with schedules, demographics, and state/local/national data, plus historical plans and the ability to add notes, files, and forms.
