Student Search

Search for students on the Plans tab to view plan status, the ALP Hours time log, MTSS supports, and STAAR results, and use the plan icons to create, open, edit, or delete a student's plan.

Helpful Tips

  • On the Plans tab, select the Learning Plan Type — ALP (Accelerated Learning Plan, HB4545, with a time log), MTSS (intervention plans by area of focus), or RtI (historical) — as each type shows different columns.
  • The MTSS view shows recent STAAR performance (MetStd); click the Y/N to see historical assessment info (green check = passed, red X = did not pass).
  • Filter by custom student groups with the Show Groups toggle; the Settings icon opens Utilities to manage groups.
  • Results show 250 students per page — use the page numbers or arrows to navigate; click Search to update or Reset to clear.
