- Add supplemental documentation with Notes (text), Files (PDF uploads), and Forms (FormWorks forms attached to the plan).
- A form must be attached via FormWorks to appear; forms requiring approval show a plus sign in the drop-down. Check Print to include a form in printed documentation.
- Editing or deleting notes is limited to their authors unless you have a Campus or District Admin role.
- The read-only Audit section records all actions tied to a student's plan; filter by plan, year, or type.
