Approval Paths

Build templates with approval paths so a completed form routes automatically to one or more named approvers, such as a discipline referral a teacher sends to a principal, by adding approvers in the template's Settings.

Helpful Tips

  • Only FormWorks Authors can create templates with approval paths.
  • Add approvers within the Settings section of a template so a completed form routes automatically to one or more named approvers.
  • Example: a teacher completes a Discipline Referral form that routes to a Principal.
  • When adding fields to the form, designate which approvers can complete them.
