Need a closer look at student performance on Extended Constructed Response (ECR) items? The Student ECR Performance report can now be exported to a CSV file, providing a detailed breakdown of each student's Ideas and Conventions scores for State Assessments.
Use the included key to identify condition codes such as Blank, Off Topic, Indecipherable, Written in a language other than the tested language, Insufficient response, Lacks any original writing, Does not write in prose, and Refuses to write.
To export the report:
Go to State Assessment > Instructional Reports.
Select Students.
Choose the Year, Subject, Curriculum, and Test.
Select one or more Students.
Choose Student ECR Performance.
Click Generate
Click CSVÂ to export the report.
