Lockdown Browser: Chromebook

To download the lockdown browser software to your Chromebook devices -

  • App ID: ajlbefpfkpconmnpplgnafofcgbndjjn



  • From the Google Admin Portal, Select Apps & Extensions

  • Select Users & Browsers and select the organizational units to deploy the extension to



  • In the bottom right, click the icon for the Google Chrome store

  • Insert the app ID in the Search by ID (ajlbefpfkpconmnpplgnafofcgbndjjn) and click Select

  • Force Install and Save
