Homeless Demographic Reporting in DMAC
Trend Reports
The Demographic Longitudinal Report for All Subjects gives you the ability to compare the performance between all students in each grade level and the homeless demographic at your school.
From the STAAR section of State Assessment, select Reports and Trend from the top navigation bar.
Move to the Demographic tab and check the report for Demographic Longitudinal - All Subjects.
Under report options, select use first administration.
Check Homeless under the Demographics section and click generate.
Demographic Reports
Demographics by Subject for Grade lists individual students for and Approaches, Meets, and Masters. Click numbers for a list of students with links to their test documents.
From the STAAR section of State Assessment, select Reports and Demographic from the top navigation bar.
Move to the By Subject tab and check desired reports for Demographics by Subject for Grade (e.g., Approaches, Meets, and Masters).
Check Homeless under the Demographics section and click generate.
Class Roster Statistics
From Utilities, hover over Students on the top navigation bar, and select Statistics. Click the Print icon to print or save the page as a PDF. Statistics listed on this page reflect the most recent data uploaded into DMAC from your class roster data file, which is taken from school’s student management systems.
