Sept 15 - DMAC Academy DAY 1 - Session ID# 461832

  • All About Local Assessments & Online Testing - TAG/TEKScore

    Join us for an engaging workshop focused on optimizing local assessments and online testing strategies for educational success. In this session, you'll discover how to utilize the TAG (TEKS Assessment Generator) to craft high-quality, tailored local assessments that measure student progress effectively. 


    Additionally, we’ll dive into TEKScore, a powerful tool designed to streamline the data collection and analysis process. See how you can collect real-time testing data and instantly analyze results with TEKScore’s My Reports settings. Using Dashboards and My Reports, you’ll be able to monitor student performance at a glance and gain actionable insights to drive instructional decisions.


Sept 16 - DMAC Academy DAY 2 - Session ID# 461828

  • Data Analysis and Documentation

    In this hands-on workshop, participants will gain essential skills in analyzing and documenting student data to drive educational decision-making and improve student outcomes. The workshop will cover the following key areas:

    • State Assessment Analysis - Find relevant STAAR and TELPAS reports to analyze, trend, and compare data — Generate reports related to accountability measures 

    • FormWorks® - Create custom online forms 

    • lead4ward - Create digital tools recommended by lead4ward that analysis both local and state data 

    • Data Exports - Export local, state, and national data for further analysis 

    • Student Portfolio - Includes plans, assessment history, notes, forms, uploads and more 

    • Learning Plans - Document interventions and monitor student progress; create/export time logs for HB1416


    By the end of this workshop, participants will be equipped with the tools and strategies necessary to analyze educational data, document student progress, and generate reports that support student success and compliance with accountability standards.
