Password Reset Links

DMAC Administrators and Managers can use Utilities to send out password reset links to Teachers with just the click of a button.  Use the Email icon on the top right of the Teacher Search page to send password reset links to all Teachers listed; or, select the icon next to individual names. 

Time Saving Tip! All Teacher accounts in DMAC (including their usernames and passwords) are automatically generated with the Class Roster data file. To quickly notify Teachers of their accounts and ensure they have secure passwords, use the Email icon at the top of the Teacher Search page to send out a reset link to entire campuses with one click!

Use the same icons on the District and Campus sections in Utilities to send password reset links to Manager and User level accounts. Please contact the DMAC Help Desk at 1.866.988.6777 or support@dmac-solutions.net if you need help with resetting a password for a District Administrator.

DMAC accounts can click the link in the email within 72 hours of receiving it to reset their password.
