Career Opportunities with DMAC

DMAC Solutions offers integrated and cloud-based software to help K-12 schools in Texas improve the quality of education provided to students. Each year, districts and charters select from a suite of applications offered by DMAC to assist with state and local data analysis, creating and administering local assessments, progress monitoring, student plans, appraisals, curriculum planning, campus and district improvement plans and more. Teachers and Administrators use DMAC to save time with testing, analyzing and planning so that more attention can be dedicated to differentiated instruction based on individual student needs.

DMAC is developed and maintained entirely in-house by a team of software engineers and education content specialists at the Region 7 Education Service Center. As a department of Region 7 ESC, we strive to find exceptional individuals who’d like to join our team. We are currently searching for candidates to fill the following position:

DMAC Programmer III

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrates outstanding reasoning and problem solving skills
  • Independently identifies and implements proven solutions to successfully accomplish tasks
  • Experience managing multiple projects across various application domains
  • Displays resolve when finding solutions to challenging or demanding tasks
  • Exhibits creativity and inventiveness when implementing solutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of basic programming concepts and employed programming languages, standards, and frameworks
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the operational computing platform and architecture
  • Broad knowledge of related industry standards and practices

Salary range: $59,838 – $101,155
