Progress Monitoring in LPAC

LPAC Users are able to schedule and complete progress monitoring in DMAC in a few easy steps.  Click HERE to watch a short video detailing the process.

To set up Monitoring Periods in LPAC –

Progress Monitoring

  • Click Forms > Monitoring Period

  • Set Date and complete Form
  • Click Save
  • Repeat if Necessary
To Complete Progress Monitoring –

Progress Monitoring

  • Click Forms > Progress Monitoring 

Progress Monitoring

  • Set Date and complete Form
  • Click Save
