EducatorsImport Previous Year ALP
ALP’s (Accelerated Learning Plans) can be imported into the next school year with the simple click of a button as long as they meet the following criteria.
- ALP Plan was created in May 2022 or Later
- Student is now assigned a different grade/campus for 2022-2023 school year
- No ALP Plan has been created for the 2022-2023 school year
In Learning Plans > ALP (Learning Plan Type)
- Change Plan Year to 2021/2022
- Click Import to 2022/2023
- Select Import
Plans can also be batched imported to the current year
- Select All or Check multiple Students
- Click Batch
- Select Operation > Import Plan to Current Year
