In an effort to to simplify the LPAC committee meeting process, parents are now given the ability to digitally sign LPAC forms. The LPAC application allows the LPAC committee to maintain documentation in a cumulative folder housed in DMAC.
Appraisers have the ability to select if an observation is required in T-TESS for a teacher for the current school year. From the toolbar at the top, click Settings > Observation Required. Click Y or N to activate account for Teacher. Click here for more information.
Users can now easily access the scoring portion of Test Keys in TEKScore. After saving the Test Key, click Scoring Tab to change the range or the weight (factor) of a question. For rubric-based questions, enter range in the first column (e.g., ‘2’ would have the choice of 0 = no credit; 1=partial credit; 2=full credit).
From the top navigation bar in the LPAC application, click on Dashboard to quickly identify groups of students. Narrow your search by Campus and/or Grade and select totals within the various categories (i.e., Language Surveys, Parent Approvals, ESL, etc.) to view individual students names.
Teachers now have quick access to their student’s portfolio in DMAC. After a teacher logs in, their students will be listed on the main screen. When the teacher clicks on their students name, it will take them directly into Student Portfolio.

Texas educators can now use DMAC to create and organize LPAC documentation for individual students and committee meetings. The LPAC was designed by other educators to make the process of completing and organizing forms related to the LPAC framework much easier.
